A handful of practical improvements make day-to-day management easier: add URL links and price fields to Custom Fields, manage Item Groups in a refreshed grid view under Finance & Banking, and update Subsistence Types and rates directly within Expense Settings, all designed to cut down on repetitive admin. Follow-Up Service Calls ensure no customer request slips through the cracks, while the enhanced Resource Planner lets you customise your calendar view with adjustable column widths, giving your team a clearer, more efficient schedule at a glance. Build once. Sell smarter. With Template Bill of Materials (BOMs), you can define your product structure once and reuse it across every sale, saving time while ensuring complete consistency. No more rebuilding product configurations from scratch. Create a master template that guarantees accuracy, speeds up order processing, and keeps your team aligned. You're also in full control of how your pricing is presented. When selling a Template BOM, you can choose to show or hide the parent item, giving you complete flexibility over what your customer sees on quotes and invoices.
