Having 5 levels of cost centres provides for incredible analysis at a general ledger level or for advanced sales reporting. Now its easier to select your cost centres if needed

Enterpryze recently launched the ability to setup skills and assign them to Technicians and problem types so you can be alerted if a task is assigned to someone who isnt qualified for the task required.

Sales & Purchasing
1. Wyze Panel popup view of Customers, Suppliers and Stock Item details, more improvements added to make viewing information easier and quicker for you.
Now you can view details on all transactions, from the Grid on the list of transactions, see Custom Fields, see Notes and the last Invoice against a Customer.
2. Wyze Panel popup when creating a new Customer, Supplier, Contact details, Billing address or Delivery address.
Stock
1. Ability to define Custom Fields against Stock transactions – this will include Goods In, Goods Out and Stock Transfer.
Customer Portal
1. Ability to Select Start and End dates on Column Chooser against Service Calls – if you have Start and end dates assigned to your Service calls in Enterpryze, your customer will now be able to see the values for these fields in the Customer Portal.
2. Ability to Select the Billing address for a Service Call – If your customer has multi locations assigned to their account, they can choose the correct billing address each time they add a Service call through the Customer Portal.
Banking
1. Bank Reconciliation Report added to detail the Bank Balance v’s the system balance and all outstanding Payments and Receipts with the reported difference.

All Modules - Grids

New improved Grids across the platform with saved filters
With the new improved user experience on the Grids we have included the ability to save the Filters as reports.

SEARCH has now been been improved and made easier to access.

You can find the same Open/All/Mine buttons in the Filter Report
-
Now you can use the Filter Report option to create and save your filtered options.
To give you an example you want to see a list of all Open Quotes with a value greater than or equal to €200.
Click on Filter Report
Click on Create
Click on the + plus sign beside AND and now apply your conditions, click on the +plus sign to add each additional condition.
Now add a Name for your Report
Now click on APPLY to see the results
Then Click on SAVE to add to your list of saved filtered reports, you can select to Save for you or for all users.
The resulting filtered report will now appear and you will see that the conditions you added will now appear in the columns, nice and simple. Also the name of the filtered report will be at the top of the Grid so that you know at a glance it is active. Simply click on the name of the report to reset your Filters or do so through the Actions menu on the right of the screen.
To view your Saved filtered reports click on the SAVED option, these can be simply removed anytime.
You can still set filters directly by column as before
Actions has been moved to the elliptical menu on the right side of the screen.

Service
Create and submit JotForms with pre-populated data from Enterpryze Service Calls
We have developed JotForm integration for customers who have a JotForm account, covering the following:-

Storage of JotForm credentials (API Key)

Selection of Forms to enable

Ability to create a new pre-populated form

Ability to see previous submissions of pre-populated forms for a service call

Ability to download the form submissions as attachments onto a service call (for subsequent use in emailing)
Stock

New feature to Modify Bill of Material Components on Stock screen
When viewing your Bill of Materials Stock Item, simply click on the Bill of Materials tab, see a new tick box ‘Modify Components’, when ticked will allow you to modify the components or change the raw materials.
Sales

For Monthly Recurring transactions you can now select the Day of the week
You can now select the exact day when defining a transaction as Monthly recurring. This will avoid transactions getting posted over weekend days if not required.
Enterpryze POS

Now assign a Discount Amount on a Sale.
Apply a Discount Amount or percentage to the order item or to the total Sale. In the Back end this can be posted to a Discount general ledger account

1: Schedule Deliveries & Services better with Enterpryze Resource Planner
Use it for Sales order and deliveries to plan deliveries to customers, Use it to plan production orders for customers, to plan service calls, to plan projects and project phases using service calls and activities and Activities for sales, operations and more.
All in all this helps our customers plan their resources and make their businesses more efficient. By bringing all the objects into one place we can now schedule different things for different people.
We have added some cool new features to make planning your resources easier and visually better.

3: Ensure Competency and efficiency in Support Services with Skills by Technician
Define a list of Skills required for your support services, assign those achieved and relevant to each employee, track your services to identify gaps in Skills for your technicians to fulfil their role.
An example of this is you have a team of technicians/engineers that perform tasks for customers from anything like fire extinguisher inspection to alarm system installation. These engineers are qualified and certified to perform these tasks while they are not authorized to perform on other tasks due to the lack of certification or skill basis.
4: Keep track of the Revenue by Service Technician
We have added a new report to the Service Reports menu detailing the Revenue by Service Technician. This is based on Sales Order lines created as a result of Service calls by Technician.
Purchasing

More enhancements to Purchase Automation matching.
-
Use the Line details from the matched Purchase Order or Delivery when scanning in your draft Purchase Invoice.
For example your scanned Invoice contains 10 lines but your matched Purchase Order only has 3, choose to match the exact lines or choose to ‘Ignore the Line details’.
Tip: This is only applicable to matching a single Purchase Order or Purchase Delivery.
Ability to create a Single line Purchase Invoice from a multi-Line scanned Invoice.
All above options are now available to set at Supplier level in the Supplier account details screen, this ensures your preferences are correct at the time of the scanning and matching your Invoices for each Supplier.
2. See where attachments have been added to your Purchase documents.
Simply display the Attachment column on any of the Purchase Document grids, a tick will show you have added an attachment.
Banking

(Singapore Localisation) Mandatory reference field now available on all Incoming/Outgoing Payments screen
Enterpryze POS

Exclude Committed Stock when reporting on available stock totals on the POS Store.
Currently the system will include Committed Stock (Stock on Open Sales Orders) when seeing your Free stock totals on the POS store. You can now choose to exclude the Committed Stock totals from the calculation of the free stock totals in the POS Store settings.

Sales & Purchasing

New columns added to the Sales & Purchase Grids for selection
The following fields are now available for selection on the Column Chooser:

Ship to Name – this will display the ship to name on the shipping address for all relevant documents

Arrival Time – this currently displays the date but will now also include the time.
Banking
Create Batch payments for your Suppliers using the Payment Wizard for Bank file format SEPA.
With the Payment Wizard you will be able to:

Setup your Bank Account to allow SEPA payments

This is only for Bank Transfers as a payment option

Add your Supplier Bank account details in the Supplier account details under Companies
-
Process Batch payments using the Payment Wizard, you can select the filters by accounts overdue, Supplier Group, only suppliers with Bank accounts, select the Invoice to pay and amounts

All selected invoices will create a corresponding Payment in Enterpryze and will be closed.

An export bank file is created in XML format ready for you to send onto your Bank on line for processing.
Services
Enable Service Scheduling and Billing directly from Sales Orders. (Enterpryze only)
This new feature will allow you to create a Service call from a Sales Order for a selected Service Item (Non stock items). From there you can schedule the Service and then bring it to Delivery and Billing.
At a glance see how many Activities and how many are still open
When viewing a Service call details, see how many related activities there are and are open/Closed.
New Duplicate Button on end of "Related activities" grid when editing a service call

Accounting
Control your transaction postings for each month
Simply define if each month of your financial year is Open for all postings, is only for posting Purchase transactions or is Locked for any further postings (manual journals are still allowed when set to Locked). This will ensure that any unwanted transactions will not get posted to the wrong month or Period in your Accounts during the year.

Note: Change is relevant for SAP Business One organisations
Create Serial numbers on all inbound transactions. You can now create serial numbers when receiving in Stock through Purchases or Stock transactions for SAP Business One organisations through Enterpryze.

Sales & Purchasing
More reporting power to Summarise all total values on every grid and export to Excel. A new action has been added to enable you to summarise all the total fields on each Grid and Export to Excel. Simply click on Actions > select Summary and see your totals displayed for any of your Sales or Purchase transactions.
Exporting to Excel limit has been improved
The number of records exported to Excel has now been increased from 1000 to 10,000 and if the number of records exceeds this we will let you know with a message on screen.
Stock Reporting
New Stock report to see what items are on Hold. In your Item setup screen where you place a stock item on Hold, you can now run a simple report to list those items.
Click onto the Reports menu to run the Items On Hold Report.
