We're excited to share our product roadmap, providing you with a preview of the innovative features and improvements we’re working on to enhance your experience, as part of our ‘Always Getting Better’ approach.

To ensure every new feature meets the highest standards, our development process includes rigorous testing and quality assurance. Because of this commitment to delivering reliable, well-tested solutions, we don’t publish specific release dates for upcoming features. In some cases, a feature may be adjusted or postponed if it requires further testing or enhancement to meet our standards.

  • UI update in Opportunities - cleaner, with more relevant details of the opportunity and a fab new Progress Bar

  • New Service screen, making it even easier for a User to generate and update a service call 

  • Ability to attach a service call to a Serial Number or to a Contract

  • And you will be able to tag a service call against a Stock item

​ENTERPRYZE INTELLIGENCE

  • Bringing AI to your Business.  Managing & Matching scanned purchase invoices - the system will tell you what it found and what you need to do to it to simplify processing invoices for the specific supplier, based on the intelligence that it has already found in your platform - Using AI to simplify your experience

INTERCOMPANY

  • Manage inventory, Look-up stock levels and process transactions across multiple organisations

  • Intercompany stock creation & Warehouse look-up - giving you the ability to create stock items and save them into one or across multiple companies

  • Intercompany set up - manage at a customer and supplier level how you want to manage Intercompany transactions automatically, per Company - for both service and stock based transactions 

EMAIL

  • The ability to populate a 'reply' address to outbound emails directly from the Platform,, and to 'cc' emails to another address

  • You'll be able to auto-create activities for every email sent out

  • You can assign multiple contacts as billing contacts for sending out bulk emails

​ENTERPRYZE EXCEL REPORTER

  • Pulls in data from Enterpryze allowing you to build your own suite of reports based on data from your Database

  • Log in to Enterpryze, from Excel, Choose your Company, Select your data, Add in your date range - Data will be pulled in Excel, and can be refreshed as and when it changes.  Giving you the ability build up your reports and graphs.  One source of truth without having to know Crystal reports, Power Bi, etc...

​NEW ENTERPRYZE MOBILE APP

  • One single App consolidating all of our current Mobile Apps into one.  Updated interface, Face ID for Security - and the ability to manage all from your Mobile!

Improved UI for User Settings

For improved integrity of data giving you more control over what users can do in the platform.

Simply Edit in user settings, choose the organisation to set permissions against, you can even set read only options on Customer & Suppliers

Improved CRM Dashboard

We have improved the CRM Dashboard with a new compact design.

Simple design reporting all key KPI's, can set filters  and monitor notifications on CRM activities and Leads

Assign Serial Numbers to Stock Items

We have added the ability to assign Serial Numbers to stock items, can be assigned on all inbound and outbound transactions, as part of BOM, run reports to track serial numbers and supported on the WMS app.

Intercompany stock Item replication

With Intercompany simply define the Item in one organisation and then replicate it across all other organisations saving you time.
