Service Operations, Crystal Clear

Service Call Email Enhancements. Service communications just got smarter. Now when you email a Service Call, the system automatically creates an activity record for tracking and audit purposes. Plus, any attachments already saved to the Service Call are automatically included in the outgoing email. Ensuring complete, consistent communication without manual rework.

SLAs by Customer. Now you can view and manage Service Level Agreements directly on the Service Call screen, whether you're adding, editing, or viewing a call. No more hunting through tabs. Your SLA commitments are right where you need them.

SLAs by Contract. Service contracts now integrate SLA visibility at every step, ensuring your team honours commitments and catches potential breaches before they become problems. Transparency that builds trust.

Companies Management Gets Clearer

Companies First, Always. We've reorganized the Companies UI to make company data your starting point, because it's central to everything. Companies now appear as the first tile in your workflow, giving you faster access to the core information that matters most.

Enhanced Data Visibility. The updated Companies view now displays relevant columns alongside your company data, letting you scan and compare key details in seconds. No more opening individual records to find what you're looking for.

Wyze Panels Embedded. Contextual insights and actions are now integrated directly into the Companies UI through Wyze panels. See what you need, take action immediately, and keep your focus on the task at hand, without unnecessary navigation.

Production Runs Smoother

MRP Enhancements with Minimum Stock Levels. Material planning just became more precise. Our enhanced MRP now respects minimum stock level configurations, ensuring critical items are replenished at exactly the right time. This reduces stockouts, supports smoother production runs, and keeps your inventory optimized without guesswork.

Invoice Processing, Faster and Accurate

Purchase Invoice Scanning Gets a Visibility Upgrade. Accuracy matters when processing invoices. Now, the PDF invoice stays visible on screen while you scan and enter data, so you can validate information in real time, spot discrepancies instantly, and process with confidence. Less back-and-forth. Fewer corrections.

Sales Communications, More Transparent

Payment Terms Front and Centre. Clear expectations drive faster payments. Payment terms now appear directly in customer emails and on billing screens, so clients understand exactly when and how payment is due. Fewer payment delays. Better cash flow.

Transactions Get Smarter and Faster

Copy/Paste and Excel Import for Item Lines. Manual data entry just became optional. Now you can copy and paste item lines across transactions, or import directly from Excel. Whether you're managing high-volume orders or recurring transactions, your data gets in faster with fewer errors.

Create Credit Notes from Closed Invoices. Corrections and adjustments are now simpler. Instead of recreating information, you can generate a credit note directly from a closed invoice. This improves auditability, reduces administrative overhead, and keeps your audit trail clean.

Payment Terms ID on All Grids. Payment Terms ID is now available as a column across all transaction grids, giving you better visibility into payment obligations at a glance. Quick reference. Faster decision-making.

Accounting Control, Reimagined

Financial year from any start or end date, for full flexibility. Posting Periods grid gives you unprecedented control over your financial calendar.

Customize start and end dates for individual periods to match your exact operational needs. And here's the real power: you can close Sales, Purchases, and General postings separately, giving you granular control over period-end processes and compliance requirements.

Deferred Invoice Dates for P&L Clarity. The Deferrer now captures Invoice Deferral Dates, ensuring your P&L clears accurately to the balance sheet. This means more reliable financial reporting and clearer visibility into your true financial position at any point in time.
