Further to stock replication and inter company stock lookup we are excited to launch Phase 3 of the easiest inter company solution we have ever seen. Already to go you can now create a transaction in one company and post the other side of the transaction to the other company.

We have introduced 2 new wyze panels from the items grid. click on the price list to view all the prices set to the other price lists and see the movements of stock on a wyze panel directly from the grid. All designed to give you more information when you need it.
WMS - Warehouse Management System

Enterpryze WMS comes with shop floor data capture for Production. The ability to manage items through the make function. As well as being able to track raw materials and finished goods you can now track actual time against forecasted time or actual production costs versus budgeted costs.
Constellation Released March 25th
March Release - Constellation
Constellation saw a major update to CRM and Service and whole series of the powerful and popular wyze panels.
CRM

A brand new UI for Leads and the pipeline making it easier to manage opportunities in your business. This update was part of the overall Enterpryze 3.0 UI update coming across the whole platform. The new UI is designed specifically for different screen sizes and provides the user with a fresh, intuitive and easy to use interface.
Sales/Purchases

The sales and purchases modules have been given a number of new wyze panels. When adding lines to a trasnsaction you can now view historical prices for the customer. Everytime you have sold it to them and for how much and what margin you made.

The item quick entry wyze panel now allows you to add discounts
-
From the Sales Grids you can quickly see when a delivery is scheduled and update it directly from there
-
Also from the Grids you can update header information without going into the transaction. This makes it easy to update remarks, delivery dates and more
-
And to ensure you track your inventory margins accuratly we have added a wyze panel on goods receipts to confirm if you have set a cost agains the items.
Items

We recieved a request to allow for the same raw materials to appear on the same bill of materials. We were more then happy to oblige. This one is important if you want to keep to a single level BOM but want to track raw materials being applied at different times in the process for example.

The Service module got a whole new look and feel and enhanced features like 'Share' for service calls, ability to log calls against items and updates to support our new project management functionality that leverages service calls as phases of a project.

Yorktown Released February 24th
February Release - Yorktown
Yorktown saw 2 new features requested by customers late last year. Special prices and landed costs. As always we have focused on making them easy to use, easy to setup and cover as many options as possible
Special Prices
-
User can know set special prices per customer and supplier. Once saved they can be reviewed but that special price will come up every time a transaction is created for that user. It will update Gross margin too. Users can set prices on orders or any transactions and save those prices directly from the transaction.
Landed Costs
-
Adding all important shipping, duty and Tarriffs to your cost of inventory is critical for tracking the true cost of your items. When receiving in items you can now add these costs and Enterpryze will take care of the rest. Accounting journals are automated to make sure your stock is valued correctly and the accruel for duty and other shipping costs is taken care of.
Header Cost Centres

A great way to analyze your transactions. Enterpryze supported line level cost centres (5 levels with unlimited codes) now it allows you to manage these at a header level for transaction and line level reporting. To make it simpler you can now add defaults to customers and suppliers to auto populate them. Drag the cost centres into the grids to suport sales and purchase analysis and use the cost centres in the payment wizard to help segregate payments to suppliers.

Reserve Invoice - Assign a picker for the wms against reserve invoices as well as orders. reserve invoices are used mostly for web orders and this feature supports picks from these transactions

Duplicate Purchase Order - for repeat orders to suppliers

You can now save multiple file types against expenses like PDF, JPG etc

The Balance due has been added to the filed list in the column chooser for the credit notes grid

You can now select all transactions on the bank reconciliation screen to make the auto reconciliation quicker
