What's New at Enterpryze Product Update November?

Service Just Got Smarter

Contract Management for Customers. Managing service contracts just got simpler. Now you can create and manage contracts directly in Enterpryze, keeping everything in one place and giving you full visibility into your service agreements.

Services Grid Gets a Visibility Upgrade. Say goodbye to switching between screens. The improved Services Grid now displays line item details from sales orders right where you need them, and we've made the sales order indicator turn purple so you can spot updates at a glance. Less hunting around. More doing.

Accounting Clarity, On Autopilot

Deferred Income & Expenditure Processing. Financial accuracy matters. Our enhanced Deferred Income & Expenditure features ensure revenue and costs are recognized in the correct accounting periods. That means more reliable financial reporting, better compliance, and a clearer picture of your true business performance. Let your accounting team breathe easier.

Sales Moves Faster

Reference What Matters. We've streamlined the sales process so you can access the data you need without leaving your workflow. Now you can add existing Wyze Panels directly to transactions, link Opportunities right on your Sales Quote header, and map your billing and shipping addresses for accuracy.

Now you get a direct link from the Sales Quote to the Sales Lead to ensure it can be tracked and updated.

While adding a Sales transaction such as a Sales Order, you can now click on the Customer field to see the company details in the Wyze Panel.

Your Sales Orders are now fully integrated with Google Maps.

Historical Prices at Your Fingertips. Pull historical pricing data straight into Excel. No more digging through records. Better insights for faster, more informed decisions.

Now, you can simply export the entire list to Excel.

Company Management, Simplified

Copy Addresses Like a Pro. Tired of re-entering the same address twice? Now you can copy your billing address to shipping (and vice versa) with a single click. Small feature. Big time saver.

After populating the address details you now have a new toggle to Copy this address to the Ship to Address and vice versa.

Create Contacts Straight from Company Details. Streamline your contact creation. No more jumping between screens. Build your contact database faster and with fewer errors.

You will see this new toggle when switched on will Copy the new customer details to the Contacts tab.

Better Visibility Across the Board. The refreshed Companies UI gives you clearer visibility into addresses and contacts, making data management faster and easier than ever.

Each Bill and Shipp to address is now listed in grid format to make it easier for you to manage your Customer addresses.

Everything Else That Moves the Needle

CRM Leads Get an Activities Column. See activities directly on your Leads Grid. Better tracking. Faster follow-ups. More deals closed.

We have added Activities to sat on top of customer engagements and follow-up. Now, click and drag it onto your grid.

Set Your Default Grids to "All/All". Customize your experience. Now you can set default grids to "All/All" so you get faster access to what matters most, without extra filtering steps.

This is now set by default to show ALL transactions to ALL users. You can still change it as required and build out filtered reports that you need. If your user permissions are set to only "mine" this will not change for you.

Plaid Banking Expands Globally. If you're operating in the Netherlands, Germany, or France, we've got you covered. Plaid integration now supports these regions, bringing seamless banking connectivity to your international operations.

Our existing offering to date of connecting to banks in UK, Ireland, US, Canada had now been extended to other European Countries: Netherlands, Germany and France.
