Sales
See who's on every deal. Sales Person now shows on all transaction grids across the Email & Billing UI, so ownership is clear at a glance.
Know what's delivered, instantly. A new Delivered flag on the Sales Delivery grid, preview and mobile app keeps everyone aligned on order status.
See what's still owed, at line level. Sales Orders now show the Open Amount directly on document lines, for clearer visibility on what's outstanding.
CRM
Rebates tracked by customer. Record and manage supplier rebates at customer level for more accurate margin visibility.
Settings
Import quotes and contracts in bulk. New file importers for Sales Quotes and Sales Contracts cut manual entry and speed up onboarding.
Purchasing
Invoices processed automatically. Enterpryze Intelligence now automates invoice capture and processing, freeing up time in Purchasing.
Know what's due, and when. Payment Terms and Days Outstanding now show on the Purchase Invoice grid, for clearer visibility on upcoming payments.
Items
Drill into batch detail. A new Batch grid lets you drill down into full batch details straight from Items.
See transfers at a glance. From Warehouse and To Warehouse are now available in the Stock Transfer grid's column chooser.
Track adjustments by project. Add a Project code at header level on Goods Adjust Out, for clearer cost tracking.
Warehousing
Pick lists built your way. Generate Pick Lists now supports a column chooser and custom fields, so lists show exactly what your team needs.
WMS
Pick without waiting on packing. Pick stock without requiring a pack step first, speeding up warehouse throughput.
Supplier reference on every receipt. Capture the Supplier Reference directly on Receipt for easier reconciliation and traceability.
Batch and serial tracking, down to the bin. Track quantity by bin with full Batch and Serial Number support, for tighter stock control and traceability.
