This October, we're thrilled to introduce the Musashi Release - packed with updates that save you time and keep your business running smoothly.

What's New?

Service Gets Smarter with Customer SLAs. Managing service commitments just got simpler. You can now set SLAs by customer, so tracking response times and keeping promises happens on autopilot. No more guesswork, just clear expectations and happy customers.

Sales Transactions: Cleaner, Faster, Better. We've given your sales transaction screens a serious upgrade. Open quantities now appear right in your Items Line Details Wyze Panel across all transaction grids, because you shouldn't have to hunt for the numbers that matter. Plus, you'll see gross profit at the line level, prices displayed in your customer's currency, and company names automatically included in statement PDFs. Oh, and that Reference field you've been asking for? It's now in the document header update Wyze Panel.

CRM That Keeps You Organised. Say goodbye to orphaned tasks. When you close a lead, Enterpryze now asks if you want to close the related activities too. It's one small prompt that saves you from endless to-do list clutter.

Smarter Default Settings. Adding customers or prospects manually or via import? New default settings kick in automatically, cutting down repetitive data entry. Set it once, benefit forever.

Purchasing Gets the Deposit Treatment. Purchase transactions now support deposits, giving you better cash flow visibility and more accurate financial planning. It's control where you need it most.

Accounting with Visual Cues. Purple tags have landed in Accounting options- small visual touches that make navigation faster and mistakes rarer. Plus, Aged Receivables and Payables now feature Wyze Panels on Customer Code and Balance columns for instant context.

Items Management: The Little Things. Square unit conversion factors, default supplier codes that activate Company Details Wyze Panels, default bins in the BOM details column chooser, and company-specific item codes for customers and suppliers (EBE and ENT editions). These tweaks add up to serious time savings.

Companies Module Updates. When Auto-create code is switched on for customers, you'll now see a helpful message in the Customer code field. No more wondering if it's working.

Home Screen Polish. Your transactions feed got a fresh coat of paint - blue text is now purple for better consistency. Plus, we've added a New Activity Wyze Panel so you can jump into action without extra clicks.
