Where does our data go to power this, and does it ever leave our own environment or get used to train models outside it?
Is this a separate license or module, and is that cost clear upfront rather than surfacing later in the integration project?
Who maintains the integration if something breaks — you, or the vendor?
Can you explain, in plain terms, how the AI reached this specific answer?
If the answers aren't clear, that's worth knowing before it's live in your business, not after. It's worth checking current pricing directly with any vendor too — the real comparison isn't whether AI costs something, it's whether that cost is transparent from day one or shows up later as a separate integration project you didn't budget for.
