At Enterpryze, every release is shaped by the people who use it. The Horatio Release is no different.

From a redesigned POS experience to smarter CRM forecasting and billing improvements that save your finance team time, June's update touches nearly every part of the platform.

Here is a full walkthrough of the Enterpryze new features June 2026 has delivered.

What Is New in the Enterpryze New Features June 2026 Release?

Expenses

Expense Billing: Clearer Customer Billing on Purchase Invoices

If your business bills expenses back to customers, this one is for you. The Horatio release brings improvements to how customer-billable items are displayed on Purchase Invoices, along with a new dedicated tab showing Supplier Expense details. The information your team needs is now easier to find and faster to act on.

Why this matters: Billable expense management can quietly become a source of revenue leakage. Clearer visibility at the invoice level means nothing slips through and your billing stays accurate.

Sales

Create Orders When Deliveries Are Copied to Returns

Sales and purchasing workflows now handle returns more cleanly. When a Delivery is copied to a Return, you can create a corresponding Sales or Purchase Order directly from that process. Less manual work, fewer steps, and a cleaner paper trail.

Why this matters: Returns are already disruptive. This change reduces the admin overhead and keeps your order records consistent without extra data entry.

Show BOM Components in Transactions

Sales teams working with products built from Bills of Materials can now see component details directly within a transaction. No more switching screens or chasing down production colleagues for a breakdown.

Why this matters: Visibility into what makes up a product helps sales staff answer customer questions faster and gives operations better context at the point of order.

Journal Remarks on Sales and Purchase Screens

Remarks added to Journals can now be surfaced on Sales and Purchase screens. A small change, but one that cuts down on the back-and-forth when your finance and commercial teams are looking at the same transaction from different angles.

Why this matters: Context travels with the transaction. Your team spends less time searching for notes and more time moving work forward.

Transaction Line Quick Entry

Entering transaction lines just got faster. Quick entry brings a more streamlined input experience for adding lines, reducing clicks and keeping your team in flow.

Why this matters: Speed at the line-entry level adds up across dozens of transactions a day. This is a small UI change with a real productivity payoff.

CRM

New Default Field Settings and Lead Name Creation for Admin Users

CRM admins now have greater control over default field settings, along with the ability to create Lead Names directly. Setup and configuration of your CRM environment is now faster and more flexible without needing developer support.

Why this matters: The faster your team can configure CRM to match how they actually work, the faster they start getting value from it.

Sales Forecast in CRM

Sales forecasting now lives inside the CRM module. Build and track forecasts without leaving the pipeline view, and give your management team the visibility they need to plan ahead.

Why this matters: Forecasting should sit alongside your pipeline, not in a separate spreadsheet. This update brings the two together where decisions are actually made.

Companies

Reconcile Balance Added to Supplier Action Menu

The Reconcile Balance action is now available directly from the Supplier screen's Action Menu. One less place you need to navigate to when managing supplier accounts.

Why this matters: Faster access to reconciliation means your accounts team can keep supplier balances clean without breaking their workflow.

Add-ons and Services

Moved to Settings

Add-ons and Services have a new home inside Settings. A tidier navigation structure that puts configuration where it belongs.

Accounting

BP Currency Selection and Expanded Column Chooser on Aged Reports

Aged Receivables and Payables reports now support Business Partner currency selection, plus additional fields in the Column Chooser. Your finance team can now slice aged reports with more precision and pull the exact view they need.

Why this matters: Multi-currency businesses have always needed this. Getting aged debt and credit in the right currency removes ambiguity and speeds up collection and payment decisions.

Parent Account Improvements in Chart of Accounts

Chart of Accounts now handles parent account structures with greater clarity and control. This is a foundational improvement that makes your account hierarchy easier to manage as your business grows.

Why this matters: A clean Chart of Accounts is the backbone of reliable reporting. Better parent account management means fewer structural workarounds.

Comments and Remarks on Journals

You can now add Comments and Remarks directly to Journal entries. Audit trails just became more informative, and your team has a proper place to record the context behind a posting.

Why this matters: Anyone who has ever had to explain a historical journal entry will appreciate this. Notes travel with the record rather than living in someone's inbox.

Quick Date Selector on Balance Sheet Report

The Balance Sheet report now includes a quick date selector. Less clicking to get to the view you need.

Why this matters: Reporting speed matters when you are preparing for board meetings, year-end reviews, or lender conversations. Faster date navigation is a small change that saves real time.

WMS

Remove Incorrectly Entered Quantities

Warehouse staff can now remove incorrectly entered quantities in WMS directly, without needing admin intervention. Mistakes get fixed faster and operations keep moving.

Non-Admin Users Can Change Warehouse in WMS

Non-admin users now have the ability to change warehouse within WMS, giving frontline teams more flexibility without compromising overall system controls.

Why this matters: Warehouse operations move fast. Removing unnecessary admin bottlenecks keeps your team efficient without opening up permissions they do not need.

Service

Search and Lock to Customer UI Reintroduced

The Search and Lock to Customer interface is back in Service Calls. A familiar and efficient way to work for anyone managing a customer service queue.

Why this matters: Workflow consistency matters for service teams handling high volumes. Reintroducing this UI removes friction that was slowing down call management.

POS

New and Improved Enterpryze POS UI

The Enterpryze POS interface has been redesigned from the ground up. A cleaner, faster, more intuitive experience for front-of-house and retail teams.

Why this matters: POS is where your team and your customers meet. A better UI means faster transactions, fewer errors, and a smoother experience on both sides of the counter.
