Enterpryze is a cloud native ERP for small and mid sized businesses. It brings accounting, inventory, warehouse management, sales, CRM, purchasing, production and service management into one platform that runs in the browser and on mobile. It is built, implemented and supported by one company, from Dublin, Ireland, and is used by SMEs in 36 countries, with its main markets in Ireland, the United Kingdom and North America. AI is native to the platform: Enterpryze Intelligence works in the background across every module, and Finn is the assistant you talk to. Enterpryze goes live in weeks rather than months, is sold at a published price per user per month, and is updated every month under its Always Getting Better release programme.

In short: it is ERP, but not as you know it. The complexity of a traditional ERP, without the cost, the consultants or the upgrade projects.

Who is Enterpryze for?

Enterpryze is for businesses of roughly 10 to 300 people that make, move, sell or service something and have outgrown accounting software, spreadsheets and disconnected apps. It is built for five sectors in particular:

  • Manufacturing: bills of materials, production orders, MRP and costing for small manufacturers
  • Wholesale and distribution: multi warehouse stock, pick and pack, mobile scanning and delivery
  • Food and beverage: batch and lot traceability, expiry dates and recall readiness
  • Service businesses: jobs, projects, scheduling and billing for field and professional services
  • Retail and e-commerce: point of sale, web orders and stock in one place

Typical Enterpryze customers arrive from three directions. Some are moving up from Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or Exchequer because those systems cannot handle stock, manufacturing or multi company trading. Some are leaving legacy ERPs such as Navision and older on premise systems whose upgrade and hosting costs no longer make sense. And some are moving down from expensive solutions such as NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and similar, where they were paying for scale and complexity they did not use.

What does Enterpryze do?

Enterpryze covers the full operation of an SME in one system. You can start with one module and add the rest as you need them; every module shares the same data, the same screens and the same release.

  • Accounting and Banking: general ledger, debtors, creditors, bank feeds and reconciliation, VAT and multi currency, financial reporting and multi company consolidation
  • Sales and CRM: quotes, orders, pricing, customer management and pipeline
  • Purchasing: purchase orders, supplier management, goods receipt and landed costs
  • Inventory Management: real time stock across multiple locations, batches, serials and expiry
  • Warehouse Management: mobile picking, packing, put away, stock takes and barcode scanning on handhelds
  • Production and MRP: bills of materials, works orders, material planning and manufacturing costs
  • Service and Projects: jobs, scheduling, time and materials, project costing and billing
  • Mobile: sales, stock, approvals and service on phone and tablet, for the people who are not at a desk
  • Enterpryze Intelligence: the AI layer built into the platform, launched October 2026. It works in the background across every module, watching your data, flagging what matters and preparing work before you ask: the debtor to chase, the stockout a fortnight out, the month end pack drafted before the meeting
  • Finn: the conversational AI agent inside Enterpryze. Ask Finn a question or give it an instruction and it answers from your own data, with the source shown, or drafts the next step for you to approve
  • API and integrations: a public API for connecting e-commerce, payments, e-invoicing and third party applications

How is Enterpryze built and delivered?

Enterpryze is cloud native, which means it was designed for the browser and mobile from the start rather than moved to a hosted server later. There is one version of the product and every customer runs it. There is nothing to install, no server to maintain and no version to upgrade.

Always Getting Better. Enterpryze releases improvements every month. New features are switched on in the product, not installed, and a customer’s configuration carries forward automatically. The product you buy is not the product you will have a year later.

Vendor and partner in one. The team that builds Enterpryze is the team that implements and supports it. There is no reseller or third party partner between you and the people who made the software.

Live in weeks, not months. Implementation is configuration of your chart of accounts, warehouses, price lists and approval rules, not software development. Most customers go live within a quarter.

Transparent pricing. Enterpryze is priced per user per month, published, with implementation quoted as a fixed scope up front. You can start with one module and add more; adding a module does not move you to a different plan or edition.

Native AI. Enterpryze Intelligence is built into the platform and works with your business data, not bolted on as a separate product or add on. Because every module shares one data model, Intelligence sees the whole business, from a late supplier delivery to the production order it will hold up to the customer who will ring about it. Finn is the conversation on top of that capability. The AI prepares, suggests, flags and drafts; your people decide and approve.

Easy to use. Enterpryze is designed to be learned by the people who use it, with short onboarding and in product help, rather than requiring consultants to operate.

Who makes Enterpryze?

Enterpryze is a privately held software company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. It was launched in 2015 by Milner Browne, an SAP Business One partner with more than 20 years of ERP implementation experience, after years of watching SMEs pay enterprise prices and endure enterprise projects for systems they only partly used. Enterpryze was built to give those businesses the same capability without the cost, the consultants or the upgrades.

The company is led by CEO Morgan Browne. Enterpryze is used in 36 countries around the world, with its main markets in Ireland, the United Kingdom and North America.

Frequently asked questions

Is Enterpryze an ERP or accounting software? Enterpryze is a full ERP. It includes accounting, but also inventory, warehouse, sales, purchasing, production and service management. Is Enterpryze cloud based? Yes. Enterpryze is cloud native: it runs in the browser and on mobile, with nothing to install and no servers to maintain. Every customer is on the same, continuously updated version.

How much does Enterpryze cost? Enterpryze is priced per user per month at a published rate, with the full suite available and implementation quoted as a fixed scope. Current pricing is on the Enterpryze pricing page.

How long does it take to implement Enterpryze? Weeks rather than months. Implementation is configuration, not development, and is carried out by Enterpryze’s own team.

Does Enterpryze work on mobile? Yes. Sales, stock, warehouse scanning, approvals and service jobs are available on phone and tablet.

Does Enterpryze have AI? Yes, and it is native rather than an add on.
