About the Role

As a Product Trainer at Enterpryze, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize our software solutions. You will work closely with customers to deliver engaging, informative, and practical training on Enterpryze's product suite, enabling them to enhance their business operations and maximize the benefits of our solutions.


Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive product training to our SME customers, tailoring sessions to their specific business needs. You will ensure that customers understand how to navigate, and leverage Enterpryze software to optimize their processes.

  • Deliver both virtual and in person training sessions on Enterpryze's business management solutions to new and existing customers.

  • Work closely with the implementation team to guide customers through the onboarding and product setup process.

  • Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to effectively communicate product features and functionality.

  • Customize training sessions to meet the specific needs of the customer, assist customers in navigating the software during the initial phase and ensure a smooth handover to customer support.

  • Stay updated on the latest product developments and new features.

  • Establish strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact during the training period. Incorporate feedback from customers to continually improve training approaches and materials.

  • Deliver internal training on new product features.

  • Proven experience in delivering product training to business users.

  • Experience creating training materials and user guides

  • An understanding of cloud-based software solutions or business management platforms.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex product features in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to adapt training styles to suit a variety of customers and industries.

  • Excellent presentation, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and learning.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • 2+ years of experience in a software training or technical training role.

  • Experience with cloud-based business management software or similar platforms desirable.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Proven experience in establishing strong relationships with customers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
