About the Role

This is a full-time Customer Success Executive role at Enterpryze. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing customer support, managing customer accounts, and utilizing your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location in Dublin, but with flexibility for some remote work

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Support skills

  • Analytical Skills

  • Account Management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in a customer-facing role

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
